why hello bitches bros and nb hoes, its anne here. im going to see earth crisis soon, so i thought id make a little post on moshing. moshing is really fun, but it can be dangerous. here are a few of my tips to help you both feel and be safe. *disclaimer* i am 5'10" so these tips might not all work for people who are a bit shorter. but anyways: 1. wear loose clothes. you are gonna be moving a fuckton so dont wear your leather drainpipes if youre gonna thrash, unless you want the seems ripping while you two step. 2: hydrate. im guitly of not partaking in this one, but i regret it every time. a few glasses of water before you hop in will prevent you from feeling lightheaded and shit and having to take wayyyy more breaks because oh shit, you're about to pass out. and no, beer doesnt count. 3. dont be a fucking asshole. you know what im talking about. dont crowdkill kids half your weight class for wearing shit that they like. if someone doesnt have their hands x'd up dont give them shit just because YOURE straight edge. and in general just try to bring a fun atmosphere to the pit. 4. NO KARATE IN THE PIT!!!!!!

happy moshing!-anne

hey yall! sorry for not starting earlier, work was a bit hectic ;w; but anyways welcome! today im gonna do a bit of an intro to diy type deal. but first, why listen to me? i am indeed a crust punk. ive made things such as crust pants, battle jackets, and various accessories. so i guess im credible? but anyway, today im going to talk about a very simple diy. chokers. theyre rad. it is simple fact. so why not make your own?

price: 1-5$ materials: belt, awl (or alternative) potential extras: o rings, chains, spikes, ect

this is a pretty easy diy. you just want to measure where you want the choker to sit on your neck, cut the belt, and poke a new hole. ive done this multiple times and it always turns out great. after this you can use any method you like to add decoration. but a few tips: if the belt has a loop to hold the exess down, leave enough belt after the hole that you can use that for a better look. use belts that have been finished on both sides if you want more comfort. leather/faux leather belts are best for this diy, but to be fair ive never tried using a canvas belt, so who knows, you could discover something unique to you! thats what diy is all about, isnt it?

what is up my funky fresh homosapiens!!! (what am i even saying goddamn) just a quick tip here on boots that i think people need to hear. your boots (if you want maximum support and comfort) should be laced tight, at least where your foot sits (ex, the tops of my 14-eyes are looser to make room for my calves.) this way you will have a tight fit and your foot wont be moving arround. something like this will work well.

happy... wearing boots? yk what yeah happy wearing boots and staying safe in that pit yall -anne
